So the little bumps of bone at the end of your sternum are larger. An area maybe 2 inches vertical and half an inch horizontal and maybe a quarter to half up (from my chest).

I've had this as long as I can remember, but recently it's gotten slightly larger. It's bone so I'm wondering if this is pigeon-chest. I mean you can't tell that I have it by looking only by touching it.
