I am a 39yrs old and have a healthy sex life only with my wife. My left testicle is higer than the right. In the last 2weeks, I have a severe lower back and abdomen pains, sometimes it is excrutiating to tie your shoe lace. When I feel my left testicle, i notice a small lump or thicken tubes at the back of the back. It is painful when pressed. Is this epididimis?
What can this be? My back really hurts. I have not yet seen a doctor as I thought this might go away. H E L P please.
