Hello. I am 13 years old and have pain in the upper portion of my left testicle. I have had it for a day now, and it started as cramps in my groin area and then turned into this testicle pain. The pain started all of a sudden in the middle of the day. It hurts when a walk, run bike, etc. and even sitting down is difficult. It only hurts if it is getting touched.

I forgot to mention that I cant recall any injuries in that area.
