I am SO confused on what is happening and according to my symptoms Google made me believe its either a UTI or I am pregnant. My symptoms are 1. light inconsistent cramps in lower abdomen 2.lower back ache 3. Sleepiness 4.Peeing alot  5.EXTREME HUNGER 6.Sore nipples especially when erect  7.Excess white discharge with no odor 8.Overheating at night/ These symptoms have been occuring for 11 days now
