Light period, loss of symptoms, still could be pregnant?

I had an unusually light period last month... Something showed up for 5 days consistently but not a heavy flow by any means. I usually have 7 day periods, heavy flow. I had terrible pms (or pregnancy?) symptoms. But those went away 2 days after the bleeding started. I know pregnancy symptoms can come and go, and spotting or light bleeding isn't uncommon. But I'm still concerned. Could it happen tht I'm pregnant and bleeding and loss of symptoms most all symptoms happened simultaneously? Just looking for feedback, will take a hpt soon. Thanks!
