Hi Everyone
My girlfriend received a brochure in the mail for Linea 7 from a company in Singapore called International Fulfilment Services Pte Ltd. We live in Australia.
I did a search on the web and discovered that the United Kingdom Office of Fair Trading issued a press release on 12 June 2007 in relation to these tablets. An American company was marketing Linea 7 in the UK, and when the OFT challenged them, they ceased marketing in the UK. They were not able to substantiate claims in the brochure. See oft.gov.uk
Unfortunately it seems too good to be true because it probably is.
By the way, check out the photograph on the back page of the brochure of "Stephan Doyle Specialist in weight loss" .... Don't you just love the white coat, the striped tie and the stethoscope over his shoulder? Even better he is wearing glasses that make him look so serious and intelligent....but wait...when you look through the lens on his left side, doesn't it appear to be fake glass? The edge of his face as seen through the lens is lined up perfectly with the rest of his face. That doesn't happen with real glasses. Notice they didn't say he is a doctor, but if you assume that well they want go out of their way to correct you.
Oh well, I guess it's back to sensible eating and exercise.....
