I have noticed three little spots close to each other on my penus that have been bugging me for the last week,There small and one of them has like a black dot like something inside it that you can squeze out,It as also started smelling a bit in the last week too,

It is a little bit hard to say because they can’t be seen online. From what you said it sound to me like an ingrown hair although I have never had an ingrown hair on penis but I did have on my testicles. Do these spots look like pimples with black spots inside?
Have you had any unprotected sex lately? This doesn’t sound like anything you should fear of (at least not to me). The only worrying thing I could think of is genital wart but it doesn’t smell and I reckon it wouldn’t be so small.
When did it start smelling? Was it after a lot of picking and squeezing? Did you try to squeeze anything out? What did it come?
