on the 27th i went to the doc and had a positive urine test went in yesterday for bleeding and cramping and had a neg blood test. No one has offered an ultrasound should i ask for one. Could i still be pregnant? i am so worried i got to actual doc tomm. Hi, by the sounds of it and speaking from my own experience and what my sister has been through, i think u may be miscarrying, i am suprised that no ultrasound was given, i suggest you go down to your local hospital, they will give you an ultrasound and you may need a curette performed, which is like a vaccuum procedure performed if you have miscarried to clean away anything that is left behind. Most first pregnencies do end up in miscarries, i had a miscarry with my first pregnancy and had severe pain and cramping, i went to the hospital and they gave me an ultrasound before performing a currette. I went on to have 4 healthy boys after my first miscarry and now i am pregnent again. I hope this has helped you and all the best
