Please read the labels on the products before taking them. I had specifically asked "coach" before I purchased if the products would be safe for someone on prescription medication. She assured me it was perfectly safe and natural product. I followed the program. Third day I was to start a full cleanse and took my Cleanse Berry Flavour stuff. I was very ill. Coach diagnosed my reaction over the phone and told me it was normal. It was not. I take anti-seizure medication. After I got home from ER I started searching internet for all ingredients and comparing them to my meds, there was a number of contraindications. Partly my fault, as I should have read the labels. There is little to no training for any of the coaches. Do not know what they are selling and the potential dangers. So PLEASE do your own research. I found a herbalist friend who compared all their ingredients and then she made me a list of what I can and cannot tolerate so I know what to look for when shopping for help. Another IBS sufferer. All the products taste like yuck and your body will start to resist real food after a while. Just eat clean and gluten/ wheat free. It's well worth saving your money and researching a natural approach to your issue. Anything in a package is processed. All their products come in a package with ingredients that you cannot pronounce. Did I mention it all tastes horrible.

I have had a terrible experience with Isagenix. Not only with the product but also with deal with the customer representatives. I received my package on March 20th, starting using the product, only to realize it made me sick, have no energy and to boot tasted terrible. I then proceeded to call the back office to get a refund and cancel my autoship. I did this March 31st. The lady I had talked to had assured me that my money would be in my account within 14 days. It is now April 14th and not only do I not have my money back yet, but they also somehow messed up the autoship and I was charged another $200 this morning and the product was shipped to me once again. I am no longer living where I was living a month ago when I originally got the product so now the back office is trying to tell me that it is my responsibility to go back to the address they (oh so accidentally) shipped the product to again and defer it in order to get a refund for the $200 that I wasn't even supposed to spend in the first place. Not only am I not living in the same city as the address the product is being shipped to but I am also leaving on vacation for 2 months in 2 days. I do not have time nor should I have to put in the effort to drive 2 hours to the city I used to live in to defer a package that I was not supposed to get. All in all, after spending numerous hours on the phone trying to get ahold of someone and being transferred every 5 minutes I finally was able to speak my mind and will be receiving my money back. Saying this, it will not be in full. I am still being charged for shipping and handling even though I didn't even order this second package!!! Terrible product, terrible customer service and overall a terrible situation. I would not recommend this to anyone.

I tried the program 8 or 9 years ago... and the shake constipated me.. I just tried it again.. the Shake is OK.. even though I do not usually buy whey products.. and am off daily.. however after being on the 2 days of intense cleanse .... I have been having cramping and ruined both days... I cannot continue on this cleanse product.. makes me sick.. I also want to say. .. I have been cleansing (master cleanse for over 15 years.. regularly... so this is not a detox reaction.

I was on usage is and pregnant and was told it was safe. I miscarried at 15 weeks. I had a previous. Pregnancy a year and a half prior. I think there's. Something not right with this product but its IMPOSSIBLE to find bad reviews and everyone is so blinded by the money that they are unwilling to see obvious flaws in the product they're selling!

I have one of there Reps living next to me and i told her in no uncertain terms the other day that it has caused so many problems with people that have tried it and as far as my Doc says that you might aswell go drink water cause it will have the same affect as the c**p they are trying to sell.Also she was dumb enought to try and tell me that Isagenix cured Diabetes, YEAH RIGHT sure it does. and to finish my rant its just another form of pyrimid sell aswell

You land here looking for reviews of Isagenix, you get to the link with a negative review of it and it seems valid because it's part of this discussion, but it's just an ad for Colonix. I was on isagenix for 30 days without issue.was feeling better Thani have in years! ..then after about my 5th week started severe diarrea and burning on my left side. I am currently under the care of a GI and trying to figure out what is causing this. Anyone else have these issues? Please help! Dr is trying to figure this out! And I am tired of being captive to my toilet !
