Oh wow, I have only been using it for one month. I went off for a weekend and started my second month. I now have bowel issues and a pain in my chest when I swallow. I'm wondering what has caused this. So disappointed because other than being a little overweight, I had no health issues.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience but to say the cleanse is awful for your body isn't very educated. Intermittent fasting is scientifically proven to be good for you. With or without Isagenix

I don't know if it is connected but I developed a blood clot close to my heart , my brother in laws girl friend just went to the doctor and he told her diabetes and blood clots are starting to be linked with isagenix ! If anyone else has heard of this please let me know .

Don't think negative in ways that you will decide it isn't for you. It's not a diet it is a life style change. Once you get through the system shock of not putting junk in your body... you will be fine and your body will crave the nutrients.

I came on this site to try and seek answers about Isagenix. I too have been have stomach problems, bloating, heartburn etc. my doctor put me on an acid reducer. I've noticed lately it gets worst when I eat the Isagenix chocolate peanut crunch protein bars and the chocolate shakes. At first I though it might be the chocolate but I've eaten other chocolate products and it doesn't seem to flair up. Just looking for answers and if anyone can relate.

I am in my 2nd week of trying Isagenix for the 2nd time after being talked into giving it another chance. Both times now I have gained weight despite 10-12 very loose watery stools every day all day. I only needed to lose 10 lbs now I need to try to get my money back and lose 15! My husband has lost 2 lbs but having same diarrhea issues. His weight loss is likely due to poor eating habits to start with. I typically eat high protein low carb with lots of fruits and veges. This stuff is an expensive nightmare!!
