I have issues with fructose as well and prefer whey protein with 5 or less sugar grams per serving - this has 11!

I just started this program 7 days ago. Today, I start my first cleanse day at 8 am. By 11 am I felt terrible. I have a headache, I feel like I am going to vomit, I have the chills. It was right after the first cleanse drink that I started to feel terrible. This is not for me.

It is great to finally find a site which share genuine reviews about individual isagenix experiences. Don't get me wrong this product has been great for my family assisting in rapid weight loss. Before deciding to purchase the product we investigated the effects and side effects. Went to see our GP and spoke about the product (which they were unfamiliar with). I requested blood tests before I started on the isagenix and after the first month went back for follow up blood tests, result came back better. Isagenix made a slight improvement on the previous result in month, decided to continue with the product, followed it to the "T". My daughter loss nearly 20 kg's my husband nearly 25 kg's, myself only about 8 kg's. During the year I had a couple of dizzy spells, which I brushed aside. Late last year after holidays I had severe symptoms of dizziness, pressure behind my eyes and a feeling of floating. I felt extremely lethargic and a bit depressed. Did not for one moment gave isagenix a though in regard to these symptoms but after reading these reviews I was wondering if there is anyone on the product experiencing the same symptoms. I have been to several dr's apt's, a couple of X-rays, ct scans and an MRI of the brain, blood tests are clear and good. Please share if you have experienced this at all.

I started on Isogenix about 10 days ago and did my first cleanse day yesterday. The evening of my cleanse day, I started to get itchy on my back and legs and arms. I woke up this morning with intense itching and red, hot bumps all over. I am so miserable and don't know what caused this allergic reaction. Just took a Benedryl in hopes it stops the rash and itching.

I think most of bad reviews on isagenix are false , I have never ever heard that that shakes cause kindey stones in fact I heard the oppitsite !!!!!

You have to give the cleanses time ,the first time I did one I felt horriable too , This happens because our body's are toxic and it's part of the process, drink water ,water and more water it also helps if you order the Isadelights they help fight hunger!

My in error arms are covered in Hives and bleeding sores, not a niacin flush and already a week away from my 2nd cleanse and still not healed

Hello, i did Isagenix from November 1st 2016 to mid February 2017 with 2 stops...had mega diarrhea! And then continued to get cramps and all that comes with it! I decided to stop and eat very lean and stop all gluten, i felt a lot better, drastic change! On Monday noon I decided to have an Isagenix bar for lunch! Oh my! Started bloating in the afternoon, mega gas situation! Which lasted until end of day today wednesday! I'm sure that is the problem and will sell all my stuff...really don't feel like going back to this:( it might be the fructose and maltilol, etc

I know the author of the post isn't asking for a good review of Isagenix, but if I may, I'd love for you to know the actual way the program works. We don't do a colon cleanse, and we don't pop pills to cleanse. Please don't let any links that are trying to sell another product mislead you on a good product. We have people with many issues taking the product, good and not so good results. Isagenix won't be for everyone, but nobody will know until they give it a try. I just hope that you don't give it a try because you don't like it, not because of a second hand opinion, that is not your own. By the way, the add is for a colon cleanse that will have you running back and forth to use the bathroom, the Isagenix cleanse is a "cellular" cleanse, it is removing the toxins from your body, so you will not be running to the bathroom all day long. it is resetting your body fro toxins.

Right now it is 12:14 PM my time, I'm doing my first cleanse ever! I feel great :-) yes I'm a bit cold but nothing a sweater won't fix. I did notice a few days of drinking shakes before my cleanse I have gas… I'm going to continue and see where this goes.
