Hi im 13 year old boy 5'7" 190 pounds alitte around there. I was wondering how can I lose weight im starting to control me craving for food but is there any other way? From a budd of miine that works in a gym he says only about 20% of my weight is fat is there anyway to take some off? ¬ dumb kid

In addition to curbing you appetite, substitute some foods that you know are bad for you with something lower in calories and fat. For example, water instead of soda or miracle whip instead of mayonaise. Start exercising some. But most importantly, keep at it.

I have been exercising and its usually 3times at least a week and I usually hit the weights then go for a swim. Is there anymore advice for burning off the fat?

Sprinting apparently is more effective for burning off fat.
