hi im only 12 and i weigh 156 and in two weeks me and my family are going to water country and i want a bikini well if u look at me i seem smaller then my weight all i need to do is loose my stomach fat a lil and my thighs to plz help me i need some help

Two weeks is a very small time frame to try to lose weight. Usually when someone loses weight quickly, it happens in an unhealthy manner and it comes back on (plus some) as soon as you stop doing the weight loss regimen. I would suggest that you make sure that you continue eating food, but make sure to substitute the usual foods with really healthy stuff (carrots, celery instead of chips, skinless chicken breasts instead of fried chicken, etc). You can start exercising (slowly for the first couple of days) and then more intense later on. Sprints seem to really help with fat burning (increases the metabolic rate) as well as some core exercises such as those seen on Ab Ripper X. The main thing to consider is that you continue to live a healthy/active lifestyle instead of just for a couple of weeks because this will make a larger impact on the way you look and feel and you will be able to keep the weight off.
