First of all if you want to lose belly fat you need to adjust your nutrition. I am sure that you are aware of your bad habits and now you need to get rid of them if you want to accomplish your goal of getting six pack. So stop with late night snacks and with junk and fatty foods. Instead start to eat more fruits and vegetables and increase intake of water. Water will help you to be less hungry.
Second step is to start with some type of physical activity such as aerobic or Pilates or even yoga. You can explain to the personal trainer what you want so he can focus on that. Good luck.
