hiya

im 14 and i would like to lose weight
i find this hard because my family wont buy special weight loss meals or food because we cant afford to get seperate stuff for me

can you please suggest a type of exercise to do to help me

im 18 and my family are the same
i go running 3 times a week, i have been doing this for about 4 months now and i have nearly lost 2 stone
also after i do about 45 mins running i do a 15mins constant abs workout which really tonnes
i was 18stone now im 16.5 and fel great :-D
