I have been browsing the web for diets to lose weight in two weeks naturally, without any diet supplements. I did see some starvation diets, particularly those involving lemonade consumption only, but it seems unfeasible and terribly unhealthy. I could never eat nothing for days in a row, not voluntarily at least! That leaves me with one big question - how DO you do this?

Well, in my honest opinion. I just eat two times a day at morning and night.
morning: bread, fish, with apple and orange for appetizer.
afternoon: apple, orange, and carrot or some vegetables. with 5 glass of mineral water.
Dinner: one piece of bread, and 5 glass of mineral water.
and then get a good sleep.

this is just my experience, I'm nit sure if it's effect on you.
