well first to lose weight i got this app on my iphone called pedometre and it really helps i went on it for an hour and i lost 3 stone in a week and im only 6 stone i hoped that helped!!!!

 

-Diet plan helps

-Fruits and veggies help

-And excirse for an hour everyday
