That depends what you mean. I assume you are female.
Masturbating cannot make you technically lose your virginity. That only happens when you have sexual inyercourse and a guy's penis enters your vagina.
However if you mean can you rupture your hymen, then, yes, it is possible depending how you do it, but not necessarily so.
