im 13 years old and i do alot of excersizing and eat fruits and veggies but i go on my scale twice a day even more. i still weigh 118 pounds i will loss some weight but it is really hard for me to keep it of. summer is coming and we are going on a field trip at school and going swimming i am scared that everyone will make fun of me for being alittle over weight. %-)

you are doing all the right things already, just keep eating right and continue to exercise. Don't be so self conscious about your weight, you might just be judging yourself too harshly.
