in the past 6 months i have lost about 45 pounds i run and lift almost every day. Im 30 years old and id say in great shape right now. the question i have is in years past i never sweat like i do now just being outside i soak my shirt i dont understand y this is happening i figured since i got in shape i would sweat less. does anyone know y this is happening to me??
Breakfast 3 Egg whites, turkey bacon, OJ, a piece of whole wheat toast
Lunch grilled Chicken sandwich on whole wheat bun
Dinner Fish and veggies

SNacks have protein shakes and bars then work out
