Natural. No medications, were you at the hospital, did you see a mid-wife or OB doctor?
***YOU WILL NEED TO SEE A DOCTOR ABOUT THIS - My best guess would be that you had some perinneal tearing (from the vagina to the anus) and it is not completely healed yet, they may need to do some repairs but you NEED to see a GYNO doctor.
