What really helps me is Hydrochloric Acid. It's the acid produced naturally by your body. Some people have low acid levels which causes the consistent growling from undigested food. Do your research on HCL as it's not to be taken with any kind of anti-inflammatory meds. I take 3 pills right before each meal. It gets rid of 95% of the growling. I recommend HCL with pepsin. Pepsin is an enzyme that helps digest protein. I also recommend getting enteric-coated pills as they work better. A good brand is solaray. You can find it at most vitamin stores. If you test positive for low acid, your insurance might be able to cover most of the cost.

Don't drink carbonated drinks, stay away from milk, eat a toasted turkey sandwich in the morning and 1 for lunch. Stay away from acidy foods, spicy foods, fried foods, foods that cause gas. Hope this works. Also try crackers or Austin animal crackers as a snack.

It sounds like you might have Irritable Bowel Syndrome! If you've been to the doctor and they haven't been able to find anything wrong there's a good chance that's what it is. Especially if it seems to come on when you're anxious about something, mine seems to hit then as well. Maybe try taking some probiotics as well, they can help manage the good bacteria in your stomach and balance things out so you feel better!

I get that sometimes and it is so loud it's crazy. I also (past 6 months) have so many burps, i will burp 30 tomes during and again after i eat. The crazy part about these burps is i even get them with an empty stomach or just water. The worst is i get them at night when i sleep and have to sit on the side of the bed and burp even up to 60 times! My stomach gets bloated and hard to the touch.
Over the past 3 years this has happenen numerous times. Currently the problem im having is Everytime i eat i take 2 yo 4 bites of food, my stomach may or may not bloat and then will burp 10 to 20 times but i feel nausiated and sometimes if i eat one more additional bite i will feel very sick to my stomach and have to throw up those couple of bites and lay down. I have layed down as much as 1 hour untill i feel better. Can anyone explain that to me?

I'm a 26 year old male and for the past three days I've had the most uncomfortable cramping and growling noises going on in my stomach. It's so incredibly loud I can hear it over the t.v. I woke up this morning fighting the urge to vomit for and hour of so then I couldn't fight it any longer and ended up dry heaving for the fact that I had nothing in my stomach. I hadn't eaten anything in a couple days because I hadn't gone to the bathroom in a week and I knew whatever I put in eventually had to come out. I had taken three doses of Miralax over a two day span and two nights ago it finally kicked in and did it's job. But ever since then I've had the insanely loud growling and uncomfortable cramping. I've eaten a lot today in case I had to vomit again which I haven't so I know it's not because i'm hungry. I have been tested for chrons in the past and it came back negative. Now I have a constant feeling of diarrhea but when I try to go to the bathroom nothing happens I just sit there and listen to my stomach make these god awful noises. What could this be from and what can I possibly do to make the growling and cramping stop? I'm willing to try anything at this point.

Thanks I recently quit chewing tobacco so I started chewing gum, a lot. My stomach made really loud noises. Now I know I am getting a lot of air in my digestive system causing the noises.

Try to live natural life. Mind also needs to be calm free from stress. Avoid artificial food, light, water and sex.
