You might be getting a lighter period because of many different things but being stressed out could be the problem. But if thats not the case then it could also just be your age I am the same age as you and i have the same problem some times. But after 2 or 3 months it normaly gets back on track. If you are really concerned then you might want to consalt a doctor.
