Greetings everyone! I am a 43 year old male with a recent history of high BP. For the past year I've taken Lisinopril, Metoprolol, and Nifedipine to keep my BP under control. Up until recently I haven't had any adverse reactions to my medicine except for some mild dizziness upon standing too quickly and lethargy about an hour after I take it, which clears up within another hour. However, about a month ago I began to feel a fluttering sensation in the lower middle part of my abdomen similar to a vibrating cell phone. It is never painful, comes and goes throughout most days, but always eventually returns. I have no history of IBS or other issues as I routinely check-in with my primary and my cardiologist as well as having routine blood work done to monitor my condition. It is apparent that the cause of this is still unknown (even to my doctors) but perhaps if enough people post their situation some telling patterns may begin to surface.

SOLUTIONS????
“The pinched nerve of your L5 if you stop slouching. Sit up straight… the muscles are week from years of slouching. It is a sign from your body to move. It flutters you move and adjust it stops…”
“Most likely these are your superficial abdominal muscles. Most likely these "fluttering" symptoms are muscle fatigue and atrophy, or mineral imbalance. Do some crunches and make sure you are getting enough calcium, magnesium and potassium in your diet.”
Here are a few ideas from all the posts.
