lower left abdominal burning sensation

Just left ER. Diagnosis was Coloitis but an undetermined form? My left side is literally on fire!! From the inside though. Had a CT scan performed and it showed nothing. All blood and urine came back normal also. Blood pressure was a little high but not alarming. I'm a 32 year old female and in great shape otherwise. My left side flank is killing me!! It hurts and it burns and for the doctor to find nothing wrong has me even more worries. The official "diagnosis" was Coloitis but only because they didn't find anything else wrong. I'm suppose to go back to ER in 2 days for another CT scan. I cannot explain enough how bad my side is burning. On the drive to the hospital the su coming through the window set it even more on fire. This has me baffled. I'm at a loss here. What can this be?!? Extremely worried and hurting!

OFF NET I FOUND $58 TEST FOR AMYLASE AND LIPASE YOU GO TO THE LAB CORP AND HAVE BLOOD DRAWN I DID THIS BECAUSE OF A BURNING PAIN LEFT LOWER ABDOMEN THAT STARTED IN BACK. A DOCTOR HIT ME ON BACK SAID ITS NOT KIDNEY AND URINE OK AND SENT ME AWAY THEN I WENT TO GI DOC WHO PUSH MY BELLY AND SAID ITS NOT GI AND SENT ME AWAY MIND YOU I WAS NOT ASKING FOR DRUGS I WANTED A DIAGNOSIS . I HAVE HAD TO TAKE A TYLENOL A FEW DAYS WHEN IT WAS TIRING LEVEL 4-7 PAIN. THEN IT SEEMD MORE LIKE ON SIDE AND BACK TO FRONT SO I THOUGHT IT MIGHT BE PANCREAS SO GOT THE $58 TEST TO SEE IF AMYLASE AND LIPASE WAS HIGH. NO IT WASNT. SO I CAN SEE GP IN TWO MORE WEEKS ( AT LEAST I WILL HAVE SOME DATA FOR HIM TO SPEED THNGS UP) AND AFTER THAT I HAVE AN MRI FOR BACK MAYBE BETWEEN THOSE TWO I'LL FIND OUT WHAT IT IS . MAYBE ITS A CYST? THE Fact it moves is drawing my attntion ( tunor?) IT SEEMS SORT OF LIKE A HOT BALLOON INSIDE ME THAT CAN FLOP DEPENDING ON POSITION What I eat does not have much effect I went without gluten then without dairy no change no fever feel great except for this

I wonder if it is from a nerve somewhere in the L2 area Good chiroprators are hard to find look form one sho does kinesthetic testing Ask a pro golfer if you know one; they know which towns which chiros are good a good chiro knows how to test muscles with spooky manuevers before he ever adjusts you also a MANUAL physical therapits ( not jsut a PT) might help
both good chiro and manual PT need to spend at least 40 minures on you if not find another

I also am experiencing the same problems all of you are. I have had every test ran under the sun, nothing, except maybe diverticulitis, I have taken antibiotics for over a month, this just gets worse. I have had a complete and total hysterectomy, so its not female issues, not pancreas issues, nor appendix issues, I am at the end of my rope.
