When I get heartburn all my teeth hurt on the right side of my mouth. I cannot understand the connection plus I have 2 implants and they hurt the worst. There isn't even a nerve there!

Stress tests, echoes and ekg do a very very poor job of truly indicating heart trouble. Many people can pass these and later have a heart attack. I myself had a heart attack and passed an echo and stress the following day. An angiogram is the only true way of ruling out heart problems, as well as enzymes (though doctors don't seem to trust these always). I had a collateral artery from left to right ventricle which allowed me to past these tests from three doctors, two cardiologists. They really really should know better than to reassure people. I ended up with a quintuple bypass after passing all the others THREE times. The signs were growing abnormal fatigue, stomach pain, and left collar bone pain. My main widow maker was 100% clogged.
Don't be a whiner, but DO trust yourself. If you feel something is just not right, demand an angiogram. Family history is also a huge part. find out.

Okay guys I found this cause I am having chest pains I believe related to my wisdom tooth however it hasn't been removed or anything. Please look at the link I provided. For those who have had root canals have u ever heard of cavitations?? Read up, could be what is causing all of your problems. It is also not very known by many dentists.

I get the same thing and it's always followed by passing gas, which makes the symptoms go away.

My lower front teeth are sensitive from where and I get a pain right side of my chest and teeth hurt at exactly the same time scary had chest x-rays all of that they tell me nothing having one right now and it hurts really bad we all have the same symptoms going on you would think we could come up with better answers wish a doctor would respond with something other than it's coincidence happens together every time

Its your jaw bone the wisdom teeth are effecting by messing with them. They are not attacking your molars.

Hi Friend/ Im 68 yeas old and have been having this problem at night periodically. My teeth hurt and chest at the same time. Last night I went to bed and layed down an it went away. Today I bought Aspirin as its recommended for heart problems.

This has happened to me in high stress circumstances. I also have some tooth issues. I got rid of it immediately with Oil of Oregano and raw cannabis oil. It is one of the most painful things I've ever known.

I had chest pain off and on for a couple years along with fainting/dizzy spells, shortness of breath and tingling on the left side of my face. The fainting/dizzy spells got so bad at one point I ended up taking over a month off work. I did all the testing...blood test, stress test, ekg, x-rays, ultra sounds, breath test...everything came back normal. Naturally all the different doctors said I was having a panic attack or anxiety attack...I wasn't feeling anxious or panic about anything.
Eventually I thought, maybe it's my root canal tooth that I had done ages ago. There could be a slight infection they couldn't detect and since the nerve is gone I can't feel the pain, just tingling. I had also been prescribed antibiotics here and there during those 2 years for strep throat and other things, so that could explain why I had the chest pain off and on.
I had talked to my family doctor about this theory, she said not possible. I made an appointment with my dentist anyway. Sure enough, a few days before my dentist appointment my root canal tooth broke. Turns out that the other dentist who did the root canal did it wrong. I ended up getting it removed. I felt better 3 days later and one week later I was back to normal and running 5k.
2 years after that, out of nowhere I just fainted and then started going through all the same symptoms again. Again all the testing came back normal and doctors couldn't figure out what was wrong. Eventually my wisdom teeth started hurting. Turns out they were too impacted and a slight infection was starting. Once I got those removed I was back to normal.
Since then, I've switched family doctors and have a really good dentist. My new doctor agrees that all my symptoms were related to my wisdom teeth and improper root canal. I understand what you're going through. It's frustrating when all the testing comes back normal and doctors say you're fine when you know deep down inside there's something legitimately causing this and not your mind going crazy. All I can say is, get another opinion and find a good dentist.
Good luck!

I have the same pain. I've gone to the hospital three times and they have found nothing in all the tests they gave me. I have diagnosed myself that it is a muscle cramp in my diaphragm usually associated with a panic attack. My husband bought a bottle of tonic water with quinine. It helps instantly.

Tietze syndrome or costochondritis. I just got diagnosed with that. I was wondering whether the tooth pain was related. This was helpful.

Have similar symptoms... usually it starts in mid-upper back...pain is very similar to a cramp...sometimes moves to chest pain. Then all upper teeth hurt very bad...that will slowly go away and then all bottom teeth start hurting. Then that subsides and cramp pain in back gets horrible...then it goes back to teeth or chest, and it goes through that cycle for about 15 minutes. Very strange
