hi there, i also have the same problem and i came across the youtube video, its called abdominal tone essentials and i believe it might be the answer. in my case at least. cheers
i was recently doing a little research and it turns out lower belly fat can be caused by a prolapsed transverse colon. there are ways to support it. exercise, stomach exercise, a colon cleanse to remove excess build up, yoga....i would google it
