I have a lump in my lower back on the right side, just above my hip. It feels like a knot, but when i massage it,it moves and feels gritty. I have tried stretching, massage, heat, ice, muscle relaxers, everything and nothing has made it better. It feels a lot like a muscle that needs to be stretched, but will not. It does not hurt, but is very uncomfortable. Any ideas on what it could be? Or how to get rid of it?
