One day back I was aware about the lump in my right testis. On next day I rushed to a doc. Had some discussions regard to the lump. The doc. Said its normal and prescribed an antibiotic, anti-fungal cream and powder. But I'm not satisfied with the treatment. What should I do? The doc. Told me not bother about it.

What you posted does not make sense and I'm suspicious of the doctor. "It's normal" would imply that there is nothing wrong.
Antibiotics are used to treat a bacterial infection - do you have one?
Anti-fungals are used to treat a fungal infedtion.
So, what does your doctor think is the problem?
