hi, about a week ago i was with my friends and i jump off this ledge
outside. when i jumped off it my testicles started hurting. now when i was in the shower i felt a small lump on top of my right testicle. every time tho now when im like doing a sport and come down from falling. i feel the pain again once in awhile. i was just wonder what the lump can be?
