Hi, I'm 14 years old and I found a lump on the top of my testicle. It use to hurt, but it doesn't anymore. It changes sizes when i ejaculate. I'm so scared! I can't stop thinking about it!

I would think the best thing for you to do would be to tell your parents and get them too make an appointment to see your doctor. It could be nothing but it would put your mind at ease to have your doctor look at it just make sure everything is okay.
Go to the doctor pronto! Not to scare you, but testicular cancer is real.
