I have GERD although my symptoms are not that bad. However I do have a horrid lump in my throat which clicks everytime I swallow. Sometimes it is not there but most of the time it is. Also I have bad tinnitus and I feel like I can'rt relax my throat and face- like everything is tense. It is driving me mad. Any idea what it could be- surely these things are not all caused by acid reflux?
