I'm nearly 18, a few months ago I found a lump the size of a bb pellet on my right testical, it is hard and doesn't hurt when I touch it, however it does ache quite badly sometimes. I did go to the doctors when I first saw it and they sent me to the hospital for an ultrasound, the lady told me that it was where the tubes are but I'm positive she was looking in the wrong place, I am still in the same situation,

It is likely an epididymal cyst or spermatocele. They are common and may cause pain. Basically it is a cyst, a sac, in your epididymis.
Sometimes they resolve on their own. If it continues to be painful it can be surgically removed.
Tylenol or Advil, etc., can be used to help reduce the pain.
If it continues see a urologist. This is what they specialize in.
