Maybe it's just your right testicle XD Just kidding!

Obviously you have an underskin pimple but the right diagnosis include a lot of different underskin bumps like:

Abscess - a pus-filled lump or swelling
Sebaceous cyst
Dermoid cyst - cystic tumor often containing skin, hair, and other tissue
Verruca - a kind of warts - lumpy growths under the skin
Firbroma - a benign tumor containing fibrous tissue
or a genital wart.

At least I would think it is cancer, because you feel this already a few years. If you feel good and if it doesn't feel uncomfortable for you, then leave it, but it is always good to check it out with your doc. You see above, it could be alot of different things and nobody can tell you exactly what could it be. Some people experience similar symptoms but have totally different disorder or disease.

You don't need to feel ashamed about this! Doctors see such things daily, therefore don't delay to see your doc, because he can do tests and he's the only one who can tell you what this mysterious lump is. Did you had chance to talk to your parents, at least to your dad? Talk to him he's also a man so you don't need to be ashamed of your own dad, right?

Anyway, I think it's nothing to worry about!

Take care, dude!

Take appointment with your doctor and let us know what did he say about your lump!
