I have read a few topics on here about people with a few of these hard lumps on their sacks(I'll just start calling them genitals) but on me, I have many. So I'm sort of wondering if its the same thing. I can pop some of them when they get bigger, but its just the large amount that I have that has me concerned. There are many tiny ones at the lower shaft of my penis, and a few just on the side of my genitals. On my genitals tho, there are a lot.
If someone could help me out with this, that would be great :-P
