hi, I'm a teen going through puberty and I'm 13 and for a long time for maybe a year I have had these lumps on my penis underneath the pubic hairs. I have always been worried but never thought that it would be something serious. I have seen 'holes' on my penis where I'm not sure if a hair got pulled out or what! But I have tried to pull a hair out and the hair just pulls out and there may be the lump still there and then if I squeeze a tiny thing of weird white stuff come out... it isn't runny. Any ideas on what this is??
Hi Guest,
The lumps are sebaceous cysts, oil glands, located near hair follicles. They are often very pronounced on your genitals because the skin is so thin. What you are seeing, the white stuff, is a mix of oils and skin cells.
They are normal and very common. Hope it helps.
