male, 16, nipples hurts

I have the same problem. It’s only my my right nipple not both. It’s really tender to touch, and also I see tiny white bumps on both of them. I’ve searched it up on google and all it comes up with is that it’s normal and it occurs when ur going through puberty. I’m also 16 btw

I am 14 and my nipples have been swollen since 5th grade. Is this normal? Also, they are sore and tender and I would like to know how to get rid of them? I am also a male.
