To develop breasts spironolactone alone will "help" in your feminization. Estrodial will help also. Together these two medications will make your mind say OMG! Caution: low doses may take very long time before you notice results. Consult a doctor in advance. Personally, i am on high dose and in 4.2 months i went from flat to 34a. I recommend against using Premarin as it can cause health issues and tends to make a person moody and an emotional rollercoaster.

I took enhancement pills years ago as a teen and was disappointed, then several years ago I started on "bio-identical" estrogen and Progesterone creams. I am biologically male but i have breast due to a medication i took called risperidone when i hadn't yet started puberty imo the way to go would be to take a antiandrogen and a progesterone hormone thing until you grow them then stop taking the meds sure you will have no sex drive for awhile but if you want breasts that badly it would be worth it.
