IMO Seventy something is a great time for enlarging male breasts for a number of reasons. It's easier to get away with it for one thing, because older men sometimes get boobs anyway, and you can always claim it's due to medicine you're taking. People are generally more tolerant of older people. Your children, if any, are grown, and you're likely retired, so there are no worries about what the people at work, especially the boss, will think. You probably have more time to devote a breast enlargement program, and more time to experiment with different products or combinations of products if need be. I'm so glad your late wife liked them. Women seen to either really like them or really not like them. If married, growing breasts gives a man more in common with is wife, namely breasts and bras. If a man wants to grow breasts I think it's best to wait until he's older so he has the responsibilities mentioned above out of the way, and he can just relax and enjoy his tits ;).

I had my Prostate removed three years ago and have PSA tests every six months. Virtually zero! I have always had man boobs (Gynecomastia) and was a little surprised when they started growing again. This coupled with nipple soreness like 'Joggers Nipple' (Not Funny) led to a word with my GP. She explained this is quite normal following the Prostate removal and nothing to worry about. As the nipples stuck out, I tried a compression vest, uncomfortable, sweaty so that didn't last long. I use sports type bras but would prefer a basic, plain bra. I have bought many supposedly with small cups but the cups are huge! as large as my wifes, don't want to wear foam pads so I'm wasting my money. I contacted a lingerie shop whose owner was unable to help so I'm stuck
