I am a great admirer of marathon running. I can't run it myself because I have a heart condition. So I want to know what the feeling to run a marathon is. What is the most important thing? What is the best feeling? Is it really hard as it seems? How fast you should be?
Hi, I have participated in five marathon races until now. The most important thing in marathon is to survive it. I am serious. During the race you can feel that you are tired, then that you are exhausted, then that you cannot make a single step any more. But your mental and physical strength can beat all those barriers. At the end when you finish the race you feel like king of the world. It is the race which is not about winner but about the participation. Man competitive should run the marathon under 2:30.
