Hello. About two weeks ago, I noticed a rather small lump (perhaps the size of a point on a ballpoint pen) on the side of my scrotum between my thigh. Upon my arrival home from work, I went to use the facilities when I noticed increased inflammation of the area where a once small bump resided. When pressure is applied to the inflamed lump, a yellow liquid is secreted. I have conducted research on my own, and found that there is something called a "sebaceous cyst" on the scrotum. The reason I have apprehension about this being a sebaceous cyst is that my research has found that the secretions from this type of cyst is usually a more formed, white material called sebum. Is this, in your opinion a sebaceous cyst, or something different? The inflammation has increased the size of the lump to the size of a marble, perhaps just a bit smaller. Thank you for your help!
