I used to smoke on a regular basis. One day on shrooms ending up having a seizure, which according to my doctor had nothing to do with the shrooms, but after that I was thinking I was having panic attacks when I smoked or when I drank too much.

But. I don't think they are actually panic attacks. My doctor could never actually be sure, another doctor said they were "mini-seizures" another said it sounded like an allergic reaction.

What happens is, even one hit, I get an instant migraine. Then it gets very very hard to breathe followed by my body and head starting to tingling and hurt like pins and needles. I start getting extremely light headed and feeling like I am going to pass out, but light headed like when you whistle too long and haven't gotten enough breathe. If I try and breathe more i get more lightheaded. My heart speeds up very fast for a little while then it slows down. I get extremely shaking and weak feeling, like I can barely hold a glass. And it gets EXTREMELY difficult to pee and when I finally start, I don't for very long and I cannot really feel myself going. I just tried smoking again for the first time in a long LONG time, and I was fantastic. I Kept telling myself it was just a panic attack and I was doing great, then I was laughing about something, happy as could be, not even thinking about anything but what I was laughing at. Then it hit me. Out of no where. And now I am in pain and feeling like I described.

I am also an exotic dancer, and when I do an upside down trick on the pole, I have occasionally felt like that in the middle of it and for 30-60 minutes afterward then when it finally goes away I am very weak and sore for several hours...

Someone please help me. Any have any ideas?
Hi:
My only suggestion, which may sound simple and insensitive. I don't mean it that way....But here goes...Stop the smoking. You are putting a chemical into your body that is obviously causing symptoms/reactions that are scary and unexplained. You have no idea what you are doing to your body. You should value yourself more. The symptoms when you are dancing are probably related, but only a doctor, like a neurologist could offer educated suggestions. One thing seems to be certain. Your problem is a result of your smoking. Think about improving your lifestyle by finding natural ways to get high....You may live a long time and you'd want to have a life of peace and quality. I hope you think about your choices. Everyone in this community is looking for answers to better health...They care too. Take care of yourself. You are valuable.
