one thing could be the pot your smoking, you want to make sure you dont do to much sativa for long peroids of time. it doesnt have very much CBD's which indica's have more of, it helps even out the body and head high feeling

I been feeling this way too. Its been really bugging me. I feel a pressure in my head which does not hurt but feels really uncomfortable. I also feel tired, dizzy, and my head is heavy. I have trouble sleeping as well. It has been 5 weeks from the last time I have smoked weed. Will these symptoms go away? What are ways to combat these symptoms? I read the past comments about exercising and that has helped me feel better about myself. I am very worried and I am quitting weed for good. Please help!!

I felt pretty much that same way...Im 16 and ive been smoking pretty much everyday for the past two years. My head started to get really cloudy, i couldnt think clearly and i had trouble remembering alot of things from my childhood. i quit smoking for a few weeks to see what would happen, and i totally cleared up and now i feel almost back to normal agian. So i would say just try your best to quit smoking for atleast a month and see what happens. Also meditation helped me alot, it helps to clear your mind and keep you focused. Anyways, good luck

Same here ...
Been smoking heavily from 18-25, quit because of panic attacks and severe anxiety.
85 days off and still feeling hazy, tired, dizzy, anxious, slow, depressed ... Just blah. :)
I really hope it will eventually go away. Peace ...

Hey everyone, all of these posts have been very helpful so thank you for sharing. Personally, a little more than a week ago I smoked from a bowl with my friends. It wasn't very much but quite soon I began feeling very paranoid and anxious, a feeling I had felt in tha past after smoking for days. So naturally I was nervous that it was happening again. That night, to calm myself down, I took 2mg of Ativan, a dose I normally take for anxiety reasons twice a week. The next day I woke up feeling better, but decided to take another 2 mg of Ativan for good measure. For about three days I felt fine, when suddenly I woke up with a pressure pushing up from my head. That pressure has stayed with me for a bout a week now, I can feel it in the front top and back of my head, and it gets worse when I move around or concentrate, it almost feels like a burning sensation. I also feel a pressure coming out from my ears and a sensitivity to sound. I was hoping if any of you who said you had experienced similar symptoms for a while could tell me whether they have passed by now and I also would like to know whether I should relate this to the weed or the ativan. Please, let me know what you all think and thank you again.
