i've found a small mass inside my anus, it's rounded like a pill and my estimate would be maybe as wide as a 50 cent piece. This is the first time i've noticed it as it is located against my posterior and points towards my pelvis, hopefully that description gives some idea of its location. It is about a finger length in.

Hi! What you describe is seemed to be an external pile or a perianal haematoma. It can however be a genital wart or a rectal tumour. It might be a blood blister. Whatsoever, this lump requires a complete examination before reaching to a certain diagnosis. Do see your doctor and let it examine thoroughly. Best, Tom
