i suggest you use a lubricant of some kind when youre masterbating, this will reduce the friction which is probably whats causing the blisters.
As for getting rid of them, they will heal on there own but of couse if you continue to agrevate them by masterbaitng then it will take longer, so use some lube (plenty) and see what happens in a week or so. Becareful what lubes you use, perhaps do a search here there maybe some info on some good/bad ones for you to use.

i think you are confused, unless you have some very strange masturbation techniques nothing should be showing on your ankles. could you perhaps upload a picture of what is appearing on your wrists and ankles, it would give us a better idea of what is going on.
