Drink a cup of coffee and then jerk your meat. Your heart rate will be at the point you start burning calories... Your heart rate is important to speed up during any workout. If you don't drink a cup of coffee it'll take an average of 12mins for your heart to be pumping enough to making you start sweating masses amounts of calories.
Spot Jogging for an 1hr you'll lose 600-1000cals depending on your size. Fatter people 220-300lbs will actually burn more calories father "IF" they keep up to the full hour. However always watch your heart rate. 150beats/per minute DANGER ZONE. Always drink water to people your muscle aches. Stay away from sugar and table salts!
Stay away from other supplements!
Most supplements are just filled with major amounts caffeine that can be very dangerous.
All that above is the natural way of what I said to do. Beside the coffee, but its been proven now that a cup of coffee will actually help with basic walking/jogging/walking/biking and most daily activities. Not ment before major sporting events. Bad Idea.
YouTube 30mins home body workouts and just do them. Then spot jog for as long as you can handle it after then immediately hit the tub and relax your muscles and drinking lots of water. Within a week you'll see the best results ever. Stay with the Canadian/American/Britain nutrition diet.
Last but not least.
By 8-10 cups of drinking water a day and water ALONE you'll actually lose 1lb a day after one week. Water is the best way to lose water weight. Again stay away from Sugar and Table Salts.
Finally
1Tsp of sagurfree Metamucil 20mins before any meal will help your heart, keep your cholesterol low and also help you lose weight.
You can lose 30-60pounds within the first mouth alone.
I do this once a year for one month and I feel great. I have generic fat which means I'll always gain the weight back but it's been helping me this far. Going on 10yrs now that I do this :-) 5'10 160 was 220 a month ago... I took 40 days off for stress leave. I have a depressing desk job so it's hard to get active but come summer time normally I'm doing this treatment.
Only problem is, high loss of calories through these activities does not mean weightloss. That's why for those who do intense workout, it is advisable for control sex and mastribution as it tires you body.
