Seminal fluids do not get 'reabsorbed' into the body! Seminal fluids, if not released via ejaculation for prolonged periods will release autonomously, either through night emissions (AKA wet dreams) or they are simply released into your bladder to be excreted with urine.

I'd like to take you up on that offer; I'm sure whatever advice or routine you might suggest that
worked for you would be a huge help to me too!
I'm in graduate school right now struggling with a masters degree, but I have more trouble
with concentration now than ever before, and I've been addicted to masturbation for at least the past
8 years. Definitely has a negative effect on my health and concentration, when I need to
concentrate more than ever before!

i kno from experience u need to masturbate/have sex about once a week if ur bodybuilding...trust me..if u dont, ull get really burnt out and u will not benefit as much from ur workout ... work out 6 days a week then masturbate the 7 th

I am a bodu builder....I workout for an hour every alternate days. I eat fattening stuff. And I feel strong after every workout. Now as fas as masturbation is concerned. I do it every alternate days i.e. the day I am not working out. It may sound funny but I don't feel a thing after ejaculation. Like if you tell me to get up the very next minute after ejaculating and start running. I can do that. So, I don't really think that it can have an adverse effect on health. Not to mine ATLEAST

I agree, masturbation (ejaculation) really drains your energy. I mastubated every day, and now tryint to stop for about 4 months. But i cant. I noticed my increased strenght, and other good things, i started feel different, but .... Usually after 5-7 days of abstaining i am starting to stress out, i cant seelp, i am all time turned on, i getting crazy, and feel really shitty. So i decided to mastubate once a week, and it not worked on day 6, i felt crazy and somehow masturbated.
So too much mastubation is not good, but abstain all time is not good too. So need to find what is best for yourself.
For my case i am going to try masturbate 2 times a week, and see what happens.

Im with you, i do masturbate about 3 times per day, and im experincing this symptoms loss of memory, Dark Circle below eyes, Face Lose its charm and spark,it is like my body is fighting to keep up with me. im now trying to masturbate a lot less now, im also starting to experince loss of hair/ or hair thighness

All of that information is not true. The addiction part is true if you are out of control and cant stop, If you can't go a day without it then yea it might be a problem but there is NO possible way it can be a negative effect when exercising. I am a personal trainer and have been a bodybuilder for almost 6 years now. I have been having sex and masturbating on and off since then. When I say off mabey going 1-2 weeks without it but I have noticed that I can think more clear, my hormones aren't out of control and I don't think about sex as much and can focus on my school work better. Masturbation is good for the body, of course with moderation. You may be bias against it but make sure you do some fair research and look at both sides of whether it's bad or good. Don't just search for the research that you think is the only true way. Masturbation can be bad for sure, especially if you need porn to do it but there is nothing wrong with it. It is a gift to be able to do it so that you don't feel a need to have such a huge sex life with many emotional problems with the opposite sex. If you people who don't do it too much are reading this and feel guilty then don't. Go and talk with a therapist about it, do some research, feel comfortable with your body, if you avoid masturbation you will not know how your body works and your future sex life will not be as good because you know how your body works.

DO SOME RESEARCH! Dont go by one person's beliefs, It is okay to have those beliefs but don't try to rub it off on someone else who thinks they might be struggling. There is nothing wrong with is if done in moderation. It helps reduce the risk of prostate cancer and MANY MANY MANY more things for god sake.

I don't think that there is connection between masturbation and bodybuilding. These are two different things. What I know is that professional boxers who are under training are prohibited to have sex during the training period.
