It could be a little harder to get pregnant because marijuana can lower a man's sperm count. I got pregnant during the first month my boyfriend and I were trying and he smoked pot constantly. I guess it just depends on the guy. If you do get pregnant it would be best for the baby if you stopped smoking pot. Your boyfriend should stop also to support you.
