Hi lama, let me start by saying meta slim is supplement and as such not clinically tested or approved by FDA, so only thing we can rely on is their saying is it healthy or not. From its ingredients you can say it safe, but at same time it hasn't been tested. not sure about its effectiveness, as far I can tell from its ingredients same effect would 3 cups of green tea give you +anticancer properties Hope this helped
