I am currently on the gel. It is making my vagina look wall really rough and like more like groovy on the isidr. Like it feels different on the inside and more dry. Will everything go back to normal after I'm done???

I am done taking diflucan and metronidazole. I have a very cottage cheese discharge how can I get rid of this and how long will it last
It's just the metro gel working and breaking down the extra baceria overgrowth.
It's the gel that looks like cottage cheese lol. Give it a few days and drink plenty of to urinate and flush your system out. It's normal after using metro gel.
Use bacitracin ointment on the area. No intercourse until the 5 days are up from using metro gel.

I had the thick white clumpy discharge too. I went to my doctor who took a swab and tested for a yeast infection and the test was negative - so I guess it isn't always a yeast infection.
The white discharge after the use of metro gel is gel itself coming out, it’s not a yeast infection , if you’re a nurse you should know that!
I am taking metronidazole gel and on fluconazole ( for yeast infection ) The yeast medicine is for 14 days and have whitish yellow chunks coming out of me. So not really sure if that yeast. ???
I went to the doctors and had both bacteria and yeast. So he told me to take the metronidazole and the yeast infection pills. I just finished the metronidazole and I'm noticing a whitish clumpy discharge that everyone's describing. It has 0 odor. But I'm also very itchy. Idk if anyone else is experiencing this too. My doctor said I should feel good after a week (my week is almost up) and he said I can start having sex again. I usually dont get a thick clumpy discharge when I have yeast. But after this cream is awful I have the clumps everywhere. Could it be the cream or a reallt bad yeast infection not clearing up? Pls someone help

What about seeing blood while using this gel
It sound like a yeast infection that is one of the side effects . It normal to get a yeast infection because the medication prescribed wipes out good and bad bacteria . But i suggest going back to your gyn to confirm .
